The flexible arm is a device designed for saving labor and time. It is also called positioning arm, anti-torsion arm, balance arm. Normally it works with tightening tools, achieving sequencial progress, mistake-proof and data collection and storage. It helps users to increase productivity and decrease costs.
According to its shape, the flexible arm can be divided to straight type and folded type.

According to with or without sensors, the flexible arm can be divided to one type with sensors and one type without sensors.
The type with sensors has individual controller. Operator could setup tightening strategy, such tightening pioints, sequence and so on.

Opterator can setup tightening strategy quickly which saves programming time.
Error-proof
The controller can tell the position and sequence via sensors. It communicates with PLC to enble and disable tightening tools, which ensures operator is working with correct tools and right sequence and torque.
Lower the requirements for operator
The controller could guide operator step by step which helps to save time on training. On the other hand, the proficiency of operator will not iinfluence production.
Good compatibility
User can setup 20 sets different tightening recipes, each recipe includes 40 tightening points. User can choose wanted recipe via touch screen to swift production plan.
Data collection and storage
The controller can collect and save datas. User can research and download production daily record.
Level to level administration
Different users（admin, engineer, operator） have different rights.
