Intelligent standard tigghtening workstation integrates anti-torque positioning arm, tool gripper, tightening tool, material rack, pick-to-light sensor or light gratings, socket or screwdriver bit tray, and traceability software. The dimensions and specific configuration of the workstation is determined based on the product fixation tooling and process requirements of the end-facility, thereby eliminating intermediaries.

From part picking and the selection of sleeves or fasteners, to the positioning and angle of the bolts to be tightened, as well as the selection of tightening tools and torque settings, this process forms a complete product eco-system.
Traceability Software Introdution
This software system is designed around the actual operational workflows found in industrial assembly sites. Its core functionalities encompass modules such as status monitoring, process recipes, tightening reports and software configuration, enabling it to meet the requirements for visualized monitoring, process standardization, data storage and system configuration during the production process.
It enables precise recording of the tightening parameters and process information for every product and every critical screw on the assembly line, automatically uploading this data to a designated database for centralized storage, thereby enabling full lifecycle traceability of data from production through to after-sales service.
During practical tightening operations, operators only need to scan the product's unique identification code to quickly initiate the tightening task for the corresponding product; the system then automatically matches the process parameters and locks the operational workflow, effectively preventing incorrect assembly, missing assembly and using wrong parameters.
After each tightening operation is completed, the intelligent tightening tool will upload key result data—such as torque, angle, time and OK/NG status—to the system in real time; the software then automatically bonds tightening data and the product code, thereby creating an immutable digital assembly record.
